A Srinagar native and a graduate of The Oxford College of Hotel Management, Faheem honed his skills at prestigious properties like IHG Hotels & Resorts, Accor Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotel Srinagar, The Khyber Himalayan Resort & Spa, & The Orchard Retreat & Spa.

In the year 2019, Faheem founded Stay Pattern Hospitality Services with a mission to elevate hotel management, sales, reservations, and digital marketing in Kashmir. Under his leadership, Stay Pattern has grown rapidly, managing multiple hotels and setting new benchmarks in hospitality excellence.
