TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Business Hours:
· Stay Pattern Hospitality Services operates during the following business hours: Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 6 PM IST.
2. Commencement of Services:
· The date of commencement of services will be mutually agreed upon by both parties, and charges will be applicable from that date.
3. Cancellation:
· In case of cancellation of our services, clients must provide prior notice of at least 30 business days.
4. Third-party Service Providers:
· Stay Pattern Hospitality Services reserves the right to subcontract third-party service providers for certain service tasks.
5. Non-Party Rights:
· No person who is not a party to the contract shall have any rights under or in connection with it.
6. Payment:
· If clients avail any monthly service package, they are required to make full payment prior to the commencement of work.
· If a fixed quote is agreed upon for services, clients must pay 100% of the service charges in advance.
· Failure to pay monthly invoices on time may result in the termination of services.
7. Liability:
· Stay Pattern Hospitality Services will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays in service deliverables due to natural or ungovernable causes.
· Clients will defend, cover, and hold Stay Pattern Hospitality Services harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses related to the services provided, including claims by third parties.
· Stay Pattern Hospitality Services is not responsible for screening material provided by clients for publication and shall not be liable for any resulting damages or losses.
8. Privacy Rights:
· Client information provided via the contact form, including name, email, contact number, and website URL, will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
· Data transfer over the internet is inherently insecure, and security cannot be guaranteed.
· Cookies may be used for tracking browsing information/preferences to optimize the website.
· Stay Pattern Hospitality Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with notification to clients, even during an ongoing contract.
· These terms and conditions are binding upon both parties and govern the provision of services by Stay Pattern Hospitality Services to its clients.
