In this project, we introduce an innovative tour operators initiative exclusively tailored for women. By offering curated experiences and thrilling expeditions, our goal is to empower women, fostering confidence, camaraderie, and a sense of adventure in safe and supportive environments with the skills and confidence to start their own businesses and become successful entrepreneurs.
Our project is dedicated to empowering women through immersive training in the tourism sector. The program spans 10 days, divided into two segments: 7 days of theoretical learning and 3 days of practical experience. Aimed at a group of 15 female candidates, the initiative equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to establish their own travel businesses. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training, we prepare aspiring entrepreneurs for success in the dynamic world of tourism.
